Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the website and services operated by Arizona Pickleball Courts. We arrange and perform sports court installation services, including site assessment, engineered base specification, surfacing, and precision line marking.

Scope of services

We provide site assessments, specify engineered base depth and drainage, recommend acrylic surfacing or modular tiles, and perform regulation-dimension line marking. Estimates list scope items and a single point of contact manages scheduling and site questions.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate site information, access to the property, and any local permits unless the written estimate states otherwise. You must follow on-site safety instructions and allow reasonable access for scheduled work.

Payments and estimates

Estimates are provided in writing and list base, surfacing, and line work. Payment terms, deposits, and invoicing schedules are set out in the written estimate and must be followed.

Warranties and disclaimers

We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written estimate or separate agreement. We do not guarantee results for components installed by independent third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from services or use of the site is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
